9.0Casa pulita, ordinata e dotata di ogni comfort. La proprietaria è attenta ad ogni particolare e super disponibile per info (anche troppo). Trovato all'arrivo bottiglia di vino, patatine, cialde caffè e altri piccoli snacks. Parcheggio coperto/recintato sotto l'appartamento. Zona abbastanza tranquilla e a 10 min dalla fermata metro.
− Zona tranquilla, ma le palazzine con le recinzioni fanno un certo effetto negativo. Cuscini troppo alti per i miei gusti. Forse anche troppe info fornite dalla proprietaria.

perfekte Lage.
9.0Die Lage. .Bis zur U-Bahnstation 10 min. dann noch etwa 15 min zum Zentrum. Alles in der Wohnung vorhanden. Tankstelle, Geschäfte, Restaurant, Kneipen ,Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nachbarschaft sehr freundlich.
− Kopfkissen und Betten etwas weicher. Ist aber wie immer persönliche Gewohnheit.
