Beautiful beach location, hotel simple so do not go with high expectations.
6.0Right on the beach. Beautiful. Friendly staff. Air conditioning worked well in rooms.
− They are all things I can tolerate but want to make you aware of a few things that the hotel could greatly improve on which would make this hotel super and it wouldn't take much effort: - get the staff working on fixing and maintaining the bathrooms and overall facilities when it is quieter during the day. They l seem to be lounging around a lot whereas the Manager could be assigning them purposeful duties. - offer to clean rooms and supply fresh towels, water etc at least every second day. - improve on their breakfast menu. The breakfast is the same everyday. It would be nice to enjoy variety every day. - maintain premises and retile around the pool. - invest in a proper coffee machine. - improve on water pressure in shower.

9.0The property is at an excellent location, right near the Nilaveli beach. It is extremely peaceful and perfect for a relaxed holiday. The staff is extremely helpful. Since I was travelling solo, they made sure that everything is taken care of and made it a good experience for me. The manager also helped to get me a safe and trustworthy guide for pigeon island snorkelling. Overall good experience.
