6.0The place is incredible clean
− The room did not have a private bathroom (no door)so I was uncomfortable to use the bathroom when someone is watching me

7.0Very beautiful and safe...
− They advertise a stovetop and kitchenette, but you are not allowed to prepare food in the rooms. I had to make use of a communal kitchen far away from rooms. And the plastic plates doesn't work for me. You can't heat your food in the microwave.

1.0− No electricity no hot water and we did not even spend the night there had to go book at another guest house that was absolutely great ,warm and welcoming. At Ava guest house I will not book ever again.
