Extremely disappointing, apartment needs a lot of work before letting out again

-It was in a good area for the conference I was attending -Only 10 minutes to the shops

− -The property wasn’t clean at all, oil dripping from the extractor fan, pen on the walls, dust and hair on all the stair carpets, dust in the bathroom -Unfinished apartment, lights flickering and not fitted in the ceiling in the bathroom and living room (had to shower in the dark!), gaps in the floorboards, door handles hanging off, shower turned off (had to go to the fuse board myself), scuffed walls and tables, mirror slightly rusted -Light outside the apartment door turned off every 2 seconds, had to use phone light to get into the apartment, not safe whilst on stairs! -Struggled to find appliances, not clear where everything was -Really stuffy apartment especially with the weather, knowing that this is usually the case given all the open windows when I arrived, they could have provided a fan -Bad communication with property before and after stay, lack of support and interest in improving the site after pictures and videos was sent to them

No breakfast provided. Location adequate in terms of proximity to Headingley for the cricket.

− Booking.com and Dweller each gave me a different code for key safe. Entrance stairway dirty. Toilet seat falling off. Lights flickering in bathroom. Very poor quality mattress on double bed. TV not connected in anyway. No mains cable or ariel lead.

We enjoyed the accommodation, except having to carry 9 bags upstairs...

The customer services respond promptly and solve problems. The accomodation is quite cozy and nice.

− This accommoadtion is on 3rd floor without elevator, this information doesn't show on webpage. Travlers who have a lot of luggage might need to consider.
