− No cleaners don’t change towels ac not working had to pay for batteries then not delivered they kept 80 mad so had to buy my own no guests allowed my friend came for some burgers had messages to say no guests

6.0De ruimtes zijn royaal en de ligging ok
− Dat er duidelijk geen controle had plaatsgevonden van de staat van het verblijf. DIv. apparatuur /benodigdheden werkten niet of ontbraken. Ook geen fatsoenlijke dekbedden in de ene kamer en wel een wasmachine maar geen droogrek. De huisbewaarder deed zeer zijn best om ons te helpen, maar wij waren er druk mee om alles voor elkaar te krijgen . Handleidingen voor airco, tv en apparatuur afwezig, daardoor in de kou. In de apps naar de eigenaar in Parijs was hij niet meedenkend..Daarom zijn we twee dagen eerder vertrokken.. Schadepost voor ons van €187! Bij het douchen stroomde het water de kamer in!
