10.0The room was simply perfectly set up. Everything you needed was there and nothing extra. The design was cute and functional. What a good value!
− We did trip a fuse towards the end of our stay - 2 computers and the AC. We couldn't reset, but it was time to go so we left. Sad we couldn't inform the owner, though.
We had a very enjoyable stay in a cozy, welcoming, and convenient location.
9.0The room provided more than I expected, including a miniature stove, dishes, cutlery, etc. The location is awesome! Very walkable to downtown and the university. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the available TV streaming services was a nice surprise.
− The sink in the bathroom was strange. I didn’t like that the water only came out of the faucet when the toilet was flushed. It also made me feel like I was using dirty toilet water to wash my hands. My daughter and I ended up using the kitchen sink to wash our hands and faces, and brush our teeth.

10.0We were visiting for U Bound Idaho at the University of Idaho. The location was perfect walking distance to downtown and the university. The size of the studio was great for the two of us. The space also comes equipped with everything you need. There was even an umbrella in the closet.
− I did not like that you could hear the water from other studios or hear the other guests walking around above you.
Overall, the bed was nice, the place was nice, it was just a very loud environment.
5.0What I like about the property is that it was clean. I like that it is somewhat eco-friendly.
− There’s really nothing specific that I do or don’t really like about the place. It just smelt weird in my room and in my bathroom when I first came. Also, you can hear everything in the walls. The people right next to me where very loud, and I could hear their TV.
