Had trouble with booking and Caroline handled everything. Great employee to have

4.0− Beware of unexpected PCNs even if on-site parking is provided: I received a PCN and was charged an additional fee by the rental agency, as per their policy for forwarding fines. This was despite parking correctly on-site. Dormy house initially acknowledged the error was on their end and agreed to refund the amount. While the PCN was eventually cancelled after I followed up, Dormy House has since stopped responding to any of my communication regarding the promised refund. Disappointing lack of follow-through and customer care
