5.0Sehr gut war die Lage im Herzen von La Laguna mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Fussgängerzone und perfekter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl und ist nahezu barrierefrei. Das Apartment ist räumlich gut für Paare (evtl. mit kleinem Kind) geeignet. Die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Küchenzeile und Tiefgaragenplatz war praktisch. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die perfekte Sauberkeit!
− Leider verfügt die Wohnung über keine Heizung und ist für Reisen in den Wintermonaten nicht geeignet. Bereits die normale Entstehung von Wasserdampf durch Duschen, Kochen und Atmen führte zu Kondensation an Fenstern und Wänden mit Entstehung von Schimmel.
