9.0La vista al nevado y poder disfrutar las terrazas con la vista de la naturaleza, las montañas, la ciudad y el nevado no tienen precio, hermoso. La atención de Esteban y Nelcy, increíble, muy amables , dispuestos y colaboradores ante las necesidades
− La falta de un mueble para colocar la maleta o la ropa. Muy pequeña

5.0Die Aussicht beim frühstücken. Die Dame, die mir morgens das Frühstück bereitet hat, war wirklich zuckersüß.
− Sehr herunter gekommen, mein Zimmer hat schrecklich gestunken, leider war kein Personal zusprechen. Beim Check out war auch niemand zu sprechen.

4.0− Mucho ruido, para el valor las condiciones del hotel como baños y habitaciones ya necesitan de mantenimiento, no me salió agua caliente, el papel higiénico que usan muy delgado y desgastado no parece nuevo, al rededor del hotel hay mucho ruido y las habitaciones principales del primer piso se escucha todo, las cobijas manchadas de cloro, no ofrecen un shampoo ni jabón, la verdad no nos gustó mucho la dueña es muy querida pero si necesita q su hotel mejore porque tiene varias cosas que debe mejorar

2.0Netflix war auf dem Fernseher verfügbar. 10min zu Fuss von der Cablecar entfernt.
− Das Zimmer hat nach Schimmel gerochen. Es war nicht Sauber flecken auf der Bettwäsche. Internet hat nicht funktioniert. Sehr hellhörig

3.0Es lag einigermaßen gut. Man war schnell in der Innenstadt
− Es war total hellhörig. Die ganze Nacht haben Leute geklingelt, die rein wollten, das Telefon hat geklingelt und es gab nicht in alles Zimmern Decken. Die Fenster nach draußen halten auch nichts ab. Wir haben wenig geschlafen und gefroren.
