The room is very comfortable but not convenient if you travel by car and need the parking lot.
7.0The staff at the hotel is nice but didn't know even easy English word such as car park or toleit, but they are nice and willing to help. One issue which upset us is; they charged us in Thai Bht. instead of CNY so we had to spend 5.5% mark up for currency exchage risk. Moreover, there is no car park and the hotel is at the corner of the busy street so it's not comfortable for us to get on and get off the car.
− There is no parking lot or drop off area and the staff didn't understand even the simple English word.
