4.0− No está como en las fotos, está bastante deteriorado y no estaba limpio. El baño de abajo es un aseo sin ducha en el que no tienes sitio para sentarte en el inodoro porque tropiezas con el lavabo. La ducha está en la planta de arriba. Cuidado con las escaleras, en algunos peldaños no te entra el pie si no es de lado. Paredes y armario (solo hay uno en una habitación) con humedades. Hace muchísimo calor y si abres las ventanas oyes ruidos del campo de fútbol que hay detrás y un bar con terraza hasta altas horas.
