6.0Einfache Ferienwohnung im Keller in guter Lage, nicht weit vom Ortskern Lacona entfernt. Hanglage mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Gastgeber wohnen im gleichen Haus, sprechen aber kaum Englisch. Die Wohnung hat nur wenig Fensterfläche. Carport auf dem Grundstück mit Sonnenschutz vorhanden. Auf dem Grundstück laufen ca 10 - 15 Katzen herum und werden täglich gefüttert. Für Gäste, die mit Hunden anreisen, kann das zum Problem werden. Die Dusche ist sehr heruntergekommen, der Duschvorhang war kaputt und im unteren Bereich durch die Nässe schwarz vom Schimmel. Die Küche ist wie so oft in Italien sehr einfach ausgestattet. Leider hatten wir auf Grund einer Mückenplage wenig Gelegenheit draußen zu sitzen.

10.0Posizione ottima, proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili per consigli e qualsiasi necessità. La struttura è vicina a tutti i servizi, dispone di parcheggio privato e di un ampio giardino con una comoda doccia esterna. La veranda di fronte all’appartamento è perfetta per pranzi, cene e momenti di relax.

7.0Lokalita byla klidná a tichá.
− Kuchyňský kout nebyl vybaven mikrovlnou troubou a rychlovarnou konvicí. K dispozici nebyly větší sklenice na nápoje. Sprchový kout nedostatečně odváděl vodu odpadem. Venkovní prostředí by si zasložilo trochu údržby, oprava omítek, apod. Pod sprchovým venkovním koutem nebyla dlažba ani rošt.
