10.0stayed there for a longer period with my family and it was very wonderful very nice location kriopigi is a balanced town if you go down to the beach and walk 200m in the south you will find i think the best water in the area yes all the problems that others said are there but if you don't make a big problem out of them, it won't affect you.

10.0Ubytovanie bolo naozaj čisté a pripravené tak ako sme boli dohodnutý. Majiteľka bola velmi milá a ochotne nám o pár hodín odložila check-out. Každé poschodie má klimatizáciu a z každého je krásne vidieť more.
− Strop medzi 1. - 2. Poschodím je len z dreva. Bol počuť každý krok. Ale do ubytovania by sme sa určite vrátli opäť.

Does the Property exist?
1.0− Booking was placed and confirmed way back in January, full payment was processed a week before arrival. On arriving in Greece we contacted owner informing him that we were on the way, only to be told that he had forgotten about our reservation/ the house had no electricity and reservation would be cancelled! 5 girls stranded without accommodation! Had to fork out an additional eur1224 for the first available place in the area. Thanking booking.com for their intervention in recovering most of the funds.

We really enjoyed our stay at under the stars and would happily stay there again.
9.0We really enjoyed our stay at under the stars. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The views from the house are wonderful. We really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace or on one of the balconies. It was a very peaceful area. The beach near to the house (a walk down a steep hill) was lovely. We had the whole beach to ourselves one evening. It was great to have aircon too.
− The only thing we didn't like was the floor between the top bedroom and the bedrooms below was very thin. So there was no sound proofing.
