10.0Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The cleanliness throughout the entire hotel was outstanding. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The location, facilities, and overall service were excellent. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and high-quality place to stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

9.0The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, including a mini-fridge, desk, safe, & a great AC (important in summer), and a very modern shower. I was very impressed by the kindness of all of the staff, especially Farida. She truly put in extra effort to accommodate for my several requests and was always willing to answer any of my questions. I was also happy that laundry service is provided for a reasonable cost. Location wise, it's very close to Чордома, so you're within walking distance of several amenities and it's easy to find a taxi nearby. The hotel property also includes a nice garden and multiple common areas indoors to relax or socialize.
− The included hotel breakfast is okay but not great. Multiple times I had to use their microwave to reheat the food because it was cold in the serving platter. The price is a bit high, but it is a very comfortable 4 star hotel.
Luxuriös / sauber / die beste Wahl
10.0Hier fühlt man sich als Gast richtig willkommen und wie in einem 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles ist luxuriös, gepflegt, sauber etc. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und hilft bei allen Fragen. Die Zimmergrösse war die absolute Überraschung. Man hat unglaublich viel Platz. Auch die Nähe zum Flughafen ist perfekt. Das Hotel ist trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen.

10.0Neliela viesnīca ar izcilu attieksmi pret ceļotājiem, īpaši izpalīdzīga administratore Farida. Brokastu sortiments tiek mainīts katru dienu. Nummuriņi lieli aprīkoti ar visu nepieciešamo ( kondicionieris, ledusskapis, u.t.t ). Tēja un kafija pieejama ēdamzālē cauru diennakti. Noteikti iesaku apmesties šajā viesnīcā.

10.0Uzturējos divas dienas, attieksme lieliska. Viesnīca neliela, bet ļoti jauka un konfortabla. Brokastu sortiments pārdomāts, viss garšīgs. Droši varu ieteikt ceļotājiem, paldies administratoriem par rūpēm.

− We boekten met ons gezin met 2 kinderen een familiekamer, met 2 bedden, een aparte slaapkamer, 2 zitkamers en een balkon. In de praktijk bleek dit een 2-persoons slaapkamer met badkamer en een overloop naar de badkamer te zijn. Het 2e bed was een bank met lakens erop die eigenlijk niet als bed uitgerust kon worden (losse zitkussens, vaste rugleuning, niet uitklapbaar), de aparte zitruimtes bestonden gewoon niet. Toen we kenbaar maakten dat dit niet overeen kwam met onze verwachtingen zeiden ze dat dit hun schuld niet was maar een fout in de vertaling van booking en werden er 2 "oplossingen" aangeboden. Vertrekken of nog een extra bank in de kamer neerzetten. Aangezien dit in de verste verte niet in de buurt kwam van een wenselijke oplossing en de manager niet voor rede vatbaar was kozen we om de situatie te accepteren zoals ze was. Vervolgens kregen we een melding van booking.com dat onze boeking geannuleerd was. Navraag bij de manager leerde dat hij inderdaad de boeking op het platform had geannuleerd zodat we geen negatieve recensie konden schrijven. Niet bepaald ons idee van een professionele, klantgerichte houding. Uiteindelijk hadden we dus een duurbetaalde 2-persoonskamer in plaats van de kamer die we bewust ruim op voorhand hadden geboekt.
