We had a fantastic stay at Beach Boutique with River View. The location was perfect—right across from the beautiful river, offering peaceful views, good cafes nearby and easy access to walking paths to walk the dog. The accommodation was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. It was relaxing and had everything needed for a great getaway. Great communication with Jules. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maroochydore.

Good location and lovely home. Lots of space to take a boat trailer and park in the driveway securely. Across the road from a boat ramp and very nearby lots of great activities and venues. Walking distance to local cafe. Good backyard for a dog - large and secure on all sides. Jules is an excellent host with great communication :)

− On a busy road with a blind corner, but we knew that going into it. Not a deal breaker.

Excellent location, lovely clean house, great backyard. Walking distance to a great local cafe. Loved sunrises and sunsets walks with my dog

Beautiful and had everything we needed!

− Could use WD40 in the locks so the key comes out a little easier. The key pad on gate had the numbers worn off so if you're short and can't see the key pad to easily makes it very hard.

Inside of the house is good but not so much the ourdoors. Internet/TV unreliable.

Overall a good stay in a comfortable house. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom/shower is great! There is a playground across the road which my daughter liked. Beautiful river location, just a shame with the busy road between the river and the house. The host was very flexible in regards to people staying. Our plans changed a number of times and we paid extra for more guests and then she refunded us when it didnt eventuate - appreciate that!

− The house is located on a busy, noisy road which is hard to cross and reverse out into - can't turn a car on the property either. Gardens are dead and nothing to sit on in back yard, only on front deck but road noise is constant and loud. It was difficult to get into the property as numbers on code pad for the gate are all rubbed off and the key box was also difficult to navigate. Could have been more clearly instructed. The internet was very bad, it basically didn't work at all the day it was raining (not sure if related), and it was patchy at other times. The smart TV wasn't very usable as couldn't download apps/sign into some of the apps with own account. There isn't much to do within walking distance, just the playground/walking track and there is cafe some way down the road but otherwise have to drive to everything.
