10.0Beautiful property with good facilities and courteous staff. Food is good and the staff helps you with every minute thing you look for
− The service is slow in certain instances and can be improved upon, but is not a major concern as it is not a consistent problem

8.0Tea plantation and the boat ride within the compound. Hot chocolate was fabulous and they had complementary green tea tasting
− The tent room needs upgrading . Tent walls dirty and Bathroom was in bad shape and lights too dim. Hot water shower not available for long .. becomes cold after a few minutes.
