5.0Epic house. Great view. All clean
− Charged us 1, 200, 000 for 2 cars to go to diamond beach which is 500 meters away and 1 minute drive. We waited almost 2 hours for the car. Not allowing us to cancel. Kept telling us it's 20min away but we wasted our precious time waiting for nothing. In the end only has 30min to spend there coz it's raining. My local friend nearby who could come in 10min only need 500, 000 for 2 cars. We asked for blankets 9pm for kids and was told their staff worked until 3pm only and will reply the next day when we'd check out early in the morning. Worst experience for such price level. Not professional or honest at all. I live in bali 7 years already and work with tourists myself. This is not ok.

7.0las instalaciones son brutales. pero hay monos en el exterior las habitaciones estan fuera de la casa y se tiene q cerrar con llave para q no entren los monos es bastante incomodo

− This is a premier property and they are still working out their formula for a 10/10 stay. Nothing wrong with that and they will just keep improving.
