1.0− הגענו למקום אחרי שדיברנו עם בעל המקום לפני והדגשנו את החשיבות שיכין ויחמם את הג'קוזי בחצר כי זה היה פרמטר חשוב בבחירת הוילה. כמובן שהבטיח שכך יעשה כשהגענו התגלה שהג'קוזי בכלל לא תקין. מים קפואים ולא עובד. בנוסף המקלחות בבית שבורות, המטבח ריק כמעט לחלוטין מאיבזור, באופן כללי מוזנח לגמרי. בעל הבית ענה פעם אחת לטלפון, אמר שישלח מישהו לתקן את הג'קוזי ומאותו רגע הפסיק לענות לטלפונים ולא היה זמין. מיותר לציין שאף אחד לא הגיע לתקן ושברור שידע על התקלה לפני ההגעה. ממש מאכזב
