− Vienīgais trūkums ir saistīts ar privātuma trūkumu terases zonā, ko radīja intensīvā satiksme tiešā tuvumā. Šī iemesla dēļ nebija iespējams pilnvērtīgi izmantot sauļošanās iespējas.
