9.0Great reception from hosts. Brilliant location to view all of Liverpool across the Mersey from the beach in front. Anfield,New Everton Stadium,Liver Building, Crusie ships and Ferrys passing etc. Quirky accommodation with lots of outdoor space. Dog friendly. Easy free parking outside. A stroll to New Brighton, and The Magazine Pub. Very peaceful; slept very well in a comfy bed.

8.0Great location by the river and the car-free promenade, and a beach at low tide where dogs are allowed; peaceful room, lovely bathroom and interesting building.
− Though it met our expectations, a bit more space would have been ideal, especially with our dogs.
