An apartment with excellent potential spoilt by lack of attention to detail .
6.0The Location of the property was excellent . Located close to the Town Centre , Railway Station and public transport. Apartment had washing machine and dryer with good cooking facilities.
− 1. The Bed had a cheap mattress and was one of the most Uncomfortable beds we have slept on . There was no mattress topper and you could feel the springs in the mattress . Caused bad backs . 2. There was no bedside table lamps for convenience and reading . 3. Smell in the bathroom in the hand basin. 4. No mirror over the basin no towel rail near the hand basin . 5 No Dishwasher powder , No cleaning Cloths . 6 Lighting in Bathroom was poor . 7. The parking spacing was too tight and the Hire car I had suffered damage from Inconsiderate parkers .
