7.0Schöne grosse Terrasse, Ausstattung und die lage mehr oder weniger direkt am strand. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Gas… Antwort per WhatsApp innert weniger minuten und 5 minuten später war jemand vor Ort. Die Nachbarskatzen kann man mögen (so wie wir), muss man aber nicht.
− Das Bett war ziemlich laut ( lag nicht an uns) und dass der Wc Ring fehlte war auch nicht optimal. Wir wurden vor anreise zwar darauf hingewiesen, lustig aber, dass dieser auch schon auf den aktuellen fotos bei booking.com fehlt….?

9.0Logement fonctionnel (cuisine sdb chambre) avec une grande terasse couverte avec fauteuil table chaises etc permettant de profiter au maximum de l extérieur Emplacement à proximité de la plage Restau à proximité si on ne veut pas cuisiner Au calme à côté des pinèdes hébergeant les campings Contact très facile avec l hôte et check-in facile

9.0Todo muy bien y las intrucciones para recoger las llaves fueron muy precisas. Se agradece la flexibilidad, ya que nuestro vuelo se retrasó y llegamos más tarde de lo esperado. El único problema es que Google Maps nos hizo llegar por otro lado y era de noche, nos costó un poco reconocer las fotos que nos habían mandado. Nos encantó el porche.
Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist trotz Traumlage und guter Ausstattung fehl am Platz!
4.0Die Lage am Meer ist außergewöhnlich, wunderschöner Standstrand, Kies am Meer, kristallklares Wasser, das Haus lediglich durch einen kleinen Pinienwald (Campingplatz) vom Stand getrennt. Lotzorai ist nur zu empfehlen, bietet alles, was man lokal benötigt, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés /Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkt....
− Das Objekt liegt in einheimischer Nachbarschaft mit Hütten u. Wohnwagen mit offenen Terrassen zu der einen Seite, Nutzung erfolgt abends i. R. ab 22:00 Uhr. Hier wird zusammen gesessen, getrunken, lautstark geredet, Fernsehen geschaut und Onlinespiele bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. An Nachtruhe war in der Mehrzahl der Nächte zu denken. Auch Reklamationen hatten kaum Erfolg. Höhepunkt war die Ausbringung ein Insektizids abends um 21:30 Uhr auf zwei Objekte, was uns nötigte, eine alternative Übernachtungsmöglichkeit auf eigene Kosten zu finden, da die ganze Familie an Übelkeit und Kopfschmerzen litt. Bis heute keine Äußerung dazu, Korrespondenz in der Nacht nicht zielführend. Somit haben wir auf einer wunderschönen Insel an einem wunderbaren Ort kaum Nachtruhe und dadurch wenig Erholung gefunden. Die unmittelbaren Nachbarn zur anderen Seite sind großartig, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

10.0Good communication with the host, excellent location next to the sea, nice neighbours offered Mirto and the lady was singing karaoke on Sunday very beautifully, it was an interesting experience to neighbour with the local family 😁
