− Hot water pressure in shower was very bad. No soap in the shower dispenser. A request was made to assist with breakfast as I do not eat pork or beef but the message was not relayed to kitchen staff, thankfully with the limited resources them did try to assist.

9.0The staff should ask the guests what they want for breakfast. To just do a standard breakfast can lead to waste.
Stunning and I will definitely be coming back when I come to Sasol.

8.0The ambience, location, and warm welcome. Ausi Zanele, thanks alot, your attitude was enough warmth on such a cold day🥰😊 Would highly recommend this place.

10.0Everything was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Food delicious and tasty. Room was neat, warm and comfy. Will highly recommend.
− Please change the toilet paper holder. Shower water is a bit under pressure.
