− Their staff is very arrogant and their services are very slow not to mention that their staff stole my phone that was really a bad experience for us not recommended

Bokningen gällde boende som ligger 1,6 km från Kigali centrum, hotell har adress i Kibagabaga långt ifrån uppgifter enligt med uppgifter i min bokning, jag ringer boendet som inte ens ber om ursäkt utan vill tvinga mig att ta mig till ett ställe som ej avses av min bokning. Tråkigt att jag behövde hitta annat hotell.
