4.0Mooie locatie en schattig ingericht.
− Het bed was erg klein en het matras heel slecht. We voelden de veren zitten! De douche was alleen goed warm op de straalstand. De regendouche was altijd te heet of te koud.

8.0Appartement très local avec un bel espace extérieur et très tranquille et bien situé pour visiter Furnas. Le personnel n'a pas été vu mais a toujours répondu très vite et efficacement. Petite attention à l'arrivée avec nécessaire pour faire la vaisselle et dosettes de café.
− Style un peu vieillot mais ça permet de s'immerger dans la façon de vivre locale. Appartement un peu humide quand il ne fait pas très beau, les affaires ont du mal à sécher, mais je n'ai pas allumé les radiateurs !

Nice stay but bad customer experience
7.0The house is very nice.
− The garden furniture showed in the pictures was not there. No umbrella. Just one old table and two older chairs. We got a clogged pipe in the bathroom. It took the host three days to do something about it. When they did, they entered the house while we were sleeping, without knocking or giving any heads up. I called their attention about it and they patronized me as if I was in the wrong. The description is misleading about the garden and the washing machine room. The garden is shared with another house. This is fine since it's very wide and you won't bother your neighbors. The washing machine is on one side of the garden.

6.0Situé au centre de Furnas, à quelques minutes à pied du parc Terra Nostra et des caldeiras. Draps et serviettes très propres. Jardin commun accessible
− Odeur de renfermé même en aérant tous les jours. Cuisine rudimentaire, pas de bouilloire pour le thé, pas idéal si on veut cuisiner car peu de matériel disponible. Pas d'isolation acoustique, fort bruit du trafic dans la rue, des passants et de la scierie située juste en face. Mobilier assez vieux

7.0La ubicación era perfecta y el jardín para poder desayunar. La casa tenía su encanto.
− El alojamiento nos gustó lo que tiene algunas cosas que mejorar. El lavabo del baño no tragaba bien. Había una batidora que no funcionaba cuando fuimos a usarlo. El bidet soltaba agua y bueno, si no guardas todo en bolsas se llena todo de hormigas. Lo comentamos a modo mejora
