− The first day I asked for meals in the room that I’ll pay for as we arrived very tired and they told me it’s not allowed to eat at the room come to the restaurant thats very terrible never heard of that before

7.0Современный отель с хорошим новым ремонтом. Дизайн приятный. Система кондиционирования, подогреваемые зеркала, электронный индикатор. Видно, что в отель вложили деньги.
− Отель расположен не очень удобно, на окраине. Основные рестораны и красоты городка находятся в 20-40 минутах пешком. Но это, конечно, ожидаемо при заказе. А вот неожиданное и главное большие проблемы с сервисом уборки в отеле. Нас была большая группа, выкупившая 3 номера. Заезжали вечером около 18 часов. Два номера были просто не готовы, и пришлось ждать полчаса уборки. Третий номер был готов, но в нем было так сильно накурено (хотя это запрещено правилами отеля), то пришлось делать специальную уборку, и ждать 40 минут. При этом заселение там с 15 часов. За три ночи проживания ни в одном номере не убрались ни разу, хотя оставляли запрос на уборку. В итоге образовалась куча мусора, так как маленькая мусорная корзина быстро переполнилась. Да и в целом уборка номера перед заселением была небрежной: на зеркале жирные пятна, на двери в туалет просто огромное количество грязи, местами пыль на полках.

9.0At the moment it's a brand new hotel, nothing is broken, everything is working. Direct access to the pool right from the room if it's on the 1st floor. Nice pool with warm water. Not too far from the gigantic beach with a good sand. Decent breakfast.
− No dedicated beach, you have to go there 500m. Hotel and the beach are situated next to busy street with noisy cars.
Good location and comfortable rooms, but housekeeping needs improvement.
8.0The hotel has a convenient location and the staff were generally friendly. The room was comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant.
− The biggest issue was housekeeping. Rooms were not cleaned daily, even when requested. Cleanliness could be improved, and more attention to room maintenance would make the stay much better.

10.0Location was a bit far from main touristic objects, but the sea😍 I was too close, that’s why I liked it. Hotel is so clean, personnel is friendly, breakfasts are very good👍🏻 I will definitely come again
