10.0La ristrutturazione ben riuscita: spazioso dall’ interno , bagno moderno e finestrato ; climatizzatore Daikin e lavastoviglie. La posizione nell’ isola : centralissima ; vicina a tutto. La disponibilità di un giardino comune: dotato di un piccolo tavolo con quattro sedie, il posto per stendere la biancheria, la possibilità di mettere al sicuro le biciclette
− Ci sarebbe bisogno di un armadio dotato anche di ripiani per riporre i capi di abbigliamento .

9.0The apartment is very nice clean and authentic, good location - just a few minutes walk from the Vaporetto station.
− No wardrobe, no place for clothes at all, just a hanger, so almost everything should be kept in the suitcase. We stayed only 2 nights, so it was not a big problem for us, but when you stay longer it would be not really convenient. No towels in the kitchen. No place to hang wet towels after the beach.

− Wenig Küchenutensilien, keine Ablage Möglichkeiten für Kleidung - weder Schrank noch Kommode. Nachrichten werden meistens ignoriert. Links - ein Lokal, wo Jugendliche bis 2-3 Uhr nachts randalieren, rechts - ab 7 Uhr morgens Lärm und Gestank von Müllwagen vor dem Haus (Supermarkt Lager). Der Garten und die Stiegen ins Haus wurden nie zusammengekehrt, rutschgefahr
