− The hosts never contacted us to allow us access to the property. So we had to arrange another place to say at short notice.

1.0We could not access the property. No one contacted us either check in details and did not respond to phone calls or messages. Still waiting for booking.com to get back me - this has now been longer than the ‘promised’ 24 hours

− Bed was very comfortable but too low & there was a slight damp smell & feel to apartment. Need somewhere to hang cloths in rooms.

8.0Location is ideal, lovely new kitchen and lounge area, beds comfortable. Overall, we loved the stay in the Melrose house. There was coffee, sugar available, and a fresh milk carton, all kitchen equipped with pots and pans. Towels and toiletries, even toothbrush and toothpaste.
− Overall, there are no real negatives as we did like the stay, but they didn't have bedding for a pull out sofa, only a fluffy throw blanket. As we were family of 5, we needed to use sofa.
