− The toilet facility, flush not working well n no warm water at toilet no 2.
Very very good.
8.0The facility, the location. Specious, clean and complete with the necessity for a good whole week stay. The view of the sarawak river is unobstructed. There's a huge refrigerator and microwave as well as a washing machine. Underground parking is always available. The mattresses are comfortable too. This facility is now my favourite accommodation after merdeka palace. A 7E outlet on the ground floor is another plus.

Bittersweet stay
6.0The fabulous location and the size of the unit. The strong water pressure make it a pleasure when taking shower. The balcony also was very nice with clear view of the river
− 11. The problem between the owner and the management of the apartment. Th management has prohibited the owner from renting the unit to others . Problem when checking in when the security of the building didn't allow us to collect the set of keys from the mailbox, eventhough the password was given to me. Resulting in late check in. The card for parking entrnce was not working. Really troublesome when you have to ask the security person to do it for you everytime we wanted to enter and exit from the parking basement 2. The quality of the towels given. Some of them look very old and worn out. Felt really bad
