10.0Clean and traditionally decorated rooms with amazing mountain views. Service was exceptional, especially from Sanjay who was very attentive to any of my needs. The reviews that complained about hot water must be old because the bathrooms have good size water heaters now. Overall, i felt the price/value ratio was very favorable compared to other properties in Nepal.
Overall, my stay was pleasant due to the location and food, but the room amenities could be better.
8.0I liked the location and the food. Very close to muktinath (20 min walkable to the Muktinath temple.
− The AC and the water heater was not as per the expectation. It didnt warm the room enough and the water was cold to take a shower. the room service mentioned 20 litres of water to take shower is there in the heater to take shower and it will take 10 min to heat. But it didnt happen. I had to take a cold shower. I travelled in the month of march 2026. Though the blankets were comfy. They mentioned to upgrade my room a day prior at the last moment and charged more a 1000 NPR. Overall may be you can't blame. the temperature was -2 outside. So a good stay. But there is always room for improvement. Good people good vibe
