10.0Friendly host with good communication beforehand. Lovely hot tub, and outside seating area on decking above the river to enjoy the evening sunshine. Lovely upstairs room with windows in every direction to enjoy views of the river, surrounding fields and sunsets. Warm agar in kitchen, and everything you needed to cook. Kind extras like chocolates, bread, butter and marmalade and a choice of breakfast cereals. and really comfy beds! We had a fantastic time, just wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much!!!

10.0Beautiful house. Old style charm.Everything spotless. Very comfortable beds.cooking facilities fabulous on large aga and plenty of wood available to light the fires. Hot tub was spotless with outdoor bar facilities. Beautiful gardens to relax in. Close to all town amenities with 2 restaurants,chippy and Chinese . No hesitation in going back again
