8.0Su ubicación, las vistas que tiene y su equipamiento está completo.
− Las áreas comunes en el acceso al edificio, deben mejorar tanto en la limpieza como en el cuidado de jardines. En las noches se detectaba un olor a cañerías algo incómodo, pero quizás producto de desagües de la comunidad del edificio y no del apartamento en sí, ya que estaba muy limpio. La ropa de cama para el sofá cama es insuficiente y no acorde al tamaño, esto debe mejorar.

7.0Die Lage war sehr gut, die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Aussicht ist super.
− Baustelle um die Ecke hat uns um 8:00 Uhr aufgeweckt. Wenig Stauraum im Schlafzimmer . Die Waschmaschine war defekt und es wurde uns keine Kompensation angeboten ( wie zum Beispiel wir finanzieren den Waschsalon).

10.0Very quiet & convenient location, perfect for the ones that are looking relax & nice neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach with the safe guard, all needed shops and restaurants also walking distance. I recommend it 100%.

6.0Sehr schöner Ausblick und ansprechende Einrichtung, ruhige Umgebung
− - Schlechter Check-In: wir mussten eine 3/4h vor der Tür warten, weil der falsche Code geschickt wurde - unterdurchschnittliche Ausstattung: keinerlei Gewürze/Zucker oder Öl. Klopapier, Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffee, Müllbeutel, Handtücher, Wäschepods waren nicht ausreichend vorhanden und mussten nachgekauft werden. Darüber wurde man aber erst vor Ort informiert (in der Anzeige stand aber dass Klopapier/Handtücher vorhanden sind). Bei dem Preis finde ich das sehr knauserig. - KEIN Balkon/Terasse wie in der Annonce beschrieben, sondern ein Wintergarten bei dem man eigentlich nie Sonne hat

− There's not much hot water but enough for two people to wash one after another. If You plan to cook, consider buying salt and oil.

10.0A very chic apartment with direct ocean view, with all utilities. I recommend it for families with children but also for those without. A very quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes walk to supermarkets and cafes.
