5.0Die Villa ist modern und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Ca. 15 Min. entfernt vom nächsten Strand, wo man schöne Spaziergänge machen kann.
− Nur begrenzter Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarhäusern. Weiterhin befinden sich Außenkameras am Haus, die direkt auf den Pool gerichtet sind. Privatsphäre ist also nicht gegeben. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Kameras nicht aktiv wären, wenn die Alarmanlage deaktiviert ist. Dies war jedoch nicht der Fall, was man ganz einfach im Dunkeln erkennen konnte. Der komplette Garten ist mit Kunstrasen bedeckt. Die "Heizfunktion" des Pools besteht aus einer Solarfolie.

10.0Sehr saubere und gepflegte Villa. Das Mobiliar und die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr großzügig und modern. Der beheizte Pool und der Außenbereich sind gepflegt und laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Für Familien die Ruhe genießen ist die Lage außerhalb des städtischen Trubels wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Billard und Tennistisch wurden von uns auch ausgiebig benutzt. Im nächstgelegenen Ort (4km) gibt es tolle Möglichkeiten mal abends essen zu gehen und tägliche Einkäufe zu realisieren. Alles in allem liegt man sehr zentral in Istrien und kann alles innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichen. Ca. 20-30 min nach Porec/Rovinj/Pula.
− W-LAN könnte ein bisschen schneller sein.
