− チェックアウト時に対応したスタッフの男性（支配人かも？）が最悪。態度がでかく言葉遣いも横柄で、不愉快このうえなかった。あれは即刻かえるべき。

10.0Located high on Mt. Minoyama with stunning views everywhere. Ikoi no Mura Heritage is friendly and very comfortable. After taking hot spring, then to dinner where they serve delicious Japanese meals.

− Complimentary coffee is limited to morning breakfast. Should offer free flow for the whole day. No outdoor hot spring.

A nice hotel for the medium budget, with onsen and traditional Japanese food
8.0I loved the room which was big and comfortable. The room had a newly refurbished toilets and showers which were great. The dinner was also quite nice and so was the onsen with the view. The front desk guy was very welcoming as well.
− I didn't really like the blanket cover material - felt very synthetic.
Good to know
The free shuttle departs from Seibu Chichibu Train Station at 15:00 and from Minano Train Station at 15:25, daily. Guests must make a reservation at time of booking. The shuttle leaves the hotel to the stations at 10:00 daily.
At time of booking, you must inform the property in advance what time you plan to check in. If your check-in time changes, please update the property.
