Amazing place and very homely
10.0Loved everything. It was just as shown in the photos. Very comfortable stay and cleanliness was also on point. Each of the provided amenities were working and there was everything there - from maggi to utensils that one might need. Enjoyed my stay a lot. Definitely will recommend to everyone.

The location is very nice however do not have much expectations for the facilities
7.0Location was amazing. Very pacifying. The host ms priya was very polite and sweet. Swiggy and blinkit both were available
− Was not clean enough. The washrooms were wet and the corners were dirty. The bedsheets smelled of dampness. When we told this to the host, they told us that the cleaner will come next morning. However we were already outside after waiting till 10 am.
Flat is very good, but amenities and cleanliness need work and updation
9.0Peaceful location and great views from balconies. Walking distance to Pandav Leni. You can order groceries from 10 min delivery apps here. Working refrigerator. Flat is very well ventilated and receives a great deal of sunlight. Books and games provided for entertainment though selection is meager at best. Wifi was provided on request. Tiffin service is also available at a reasonable price. Maggi tea coffee sugar creamer is complimentary. The kitchen is functional with many utensils.
− They say one room sleeps 3 with one futon bed and drawing room sleeps one. It is a bad lie as the futon bed is just a mattress. I thought drawing room would have sofa cum bed or something like that but no it is a very small 2 seater sofa only small kids can sleep on. This was very inconvenient for 5 adults bcz one had to sleep on the floor. So it doesn't justify the money charged and the description is also misleading. You can only use lift not stairs as they are boarded up. Dunno why though. Old bathroom fittings. No exhaust in kitchen and bathrooms. No washing machine. No TV. Not close to city but close to Mumbai-Nasik highway. Could not locate shops. There are no proper roads in society and most are in bad shape. Beware at night as the place becomes desolate and dark with dogs all around. Cannot step out bcz of this at night unless you have your own vehicle. Bring your own toiletries.
