6.0The hotel was clean, modern and contemporary, with fresh bedding and towels. I also enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the swimming pool at the back, which made the room feel pleasant and relaxing. Overall, the room itself was well presented and comfortable.
− I didn’t feel the hotel offered the best value for money, as I would have expected tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. I also requested an iron, but although I was told one would be brought to my room, it never arrived. As there was no telephone in the room, I had to use my mobile to contact reception. Communication was a little difficult due to the language barrier, and my follow-up email wasn’t answered.
