One stick of incense costs $500

− They charged me $500 non refundable deposit without notifying me about any of this for lighting one stick of incense. The airbnb texted me about it and let me know it was against their smoking policy, I apologized I did not realize incense could not be burnt.I did not burn anymore after they let me know, and they told me it was no problem. This was all during my stay. When I left, they told me to leave a 5 star review and again did not call me or text or notify me at all that I was going to be charged $500 for lighting one stick of incense. I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless they want to get hit with $500 for no reason. I did not smoke on this property, all I did was burn one stick of incense. Now I have had to call my credit card company multiple times to try to sort this out because I am not going to pay for that. Below are screenshot of our text conversation, again they said nothing about actually charging me $500. Even thanked me for staying, and offered me a complimentary late check out. Why would they do this if I was such a horrible tenant that now I am paying an extra $500 for a stick of incense? Does not make any sense at all. Will never be staying here again.

− Kitchen could do with more stotagr Bath cubicle small and shower water hits the door, can’t be adjusted. Lot of noise from upstairs at night.
