villa is in a great location, near enough to everything needed with out a car. Pool was amazing and all the outside area was enjoyable. Villa was spacious and plenty of room for 4 of us. Facilities was good and kitchen had everything needed to cook even if a bit random :) Communication with owners was great and gave all info needed and welcome package of basics was nice.

Fab location for access to Coral Bay strip. Even though it's surrounded by other villas, it felt very private. Plenty of shade available. Nice to have a small welcome pack - water, milk, coffee & fruit. There was also a bag of charcoal for the BBQ. One issue we had was sorted the same day. Comms were excellent. We were able to stay 90 minutes after check out time which was much appreciated.

− A few minor things to be fair... Despite paying the full price for a four bed villa, we were only left one towel + one very small guest towel. This meant we had to do extra washing.. All villas we've stayed at have left towels for each bedroom, so I assumed (I know!) this would be the case here...I guess we should have asked for more. There was some mouldy black food (?!) that had been missed by cleaners, next to the kitchen bin.

Perfect location for lovely restaurants and Coral Bay beach. Easy walking distance. Spacious feel to the villa and really comfortable beds.

Excellent villa for a family holiday in a wonderful location

We stayed as a family (5 adults + a baby) and overall had a very positive experience. The location is excellent: a quiet street surrounded by other villas, a 10-minute walk to the beach, and 5 minutes to cafes and shops. Inside the house, each room has its own bathroom with shower/bath, plus a guest toilet. Rooms on the second floor have sea views, while the ground floor room has its own private entrance. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the necessary pots and dishes. The villa's grounds/garden are well-maintained, and the pool is regularly maintained and cleaned – a pleasure to swim in. It also has its own parking space under the roof. The hosts were welcoming and helpful: they offered a free change of linens and towels mid-stay, allowed a late check-out, and provided a playpen and a baby bath. We can confidently recommend this villa for visiting.

All in all, a very comfortable villa on a very quiet street in a great location.

The location of the villa is excellent as it is close to all activities in Coral Bay, including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beaches, cash machines and lovely views of the sea. There is plenty of outside space around the villa with lots of sunbeds and a large pool. A very nice undercover area of tables, chairs etc. if you need to get out of the sun.

− As an elderly lady I had the downstairs bedroom. There was a large bathtub with an overhead shower in the ensuite but there were no grabrails of any description to hold on to. Therefore I found it impossible to get in and out of the bathtub for fear of falling. A grabrail of some description would solve this problem.

Quiet location but so close to bars and restaurants perfect for stay.

− WiFi only seemed to work in the lounge. Was ok for us but could be a problem with teenagers.
