6.0Clean property Security - the whole area is secure with car and pedestrian access restricted. Location is good (close to the bay)
− Parking - it should be more clear there is only one space. Then you need to try to find road parking, which is a bit of a nightmare. Keys - only having one set is very annoying for 2-couple stays, given you need the fob to get near the property. Could do with more Glasses and Crockery. Not fire-safe compliant
Good size and location. Just not luxurious.
7.0The location is good. Apartment is a good size. Ideal for the one night.
− Unfortunately the apartment does not live up to the ‘5 star luxury apartment’ that it is described as. It is tired and needs an update. Throughout, the grout in the tiling is either missing or dirty looking. The shower in the en-suite is mouldy in the corners and again in the cubicle large areas of grout is missing. It was clean enough but the fridge hadn’t been cleaned and some of the utensils were dirty or stained. The ‘luxury’ toiletries are from Lidl. We shop in Lidl ourselves and are no way snobs. The point is that it’s just a normal apartment and not ‘5 star luxury’.
Not worth the expensive price. Wasn’t a break I had to clean.
1.0The location.
− It had hairs everywhere, long curly hair down to pubic hair. From the moment we walked in the front door they were everywhere. We had to find the Hoover, which in itself was disgusting it was so full it wouldn’t work so I had to unblock it.
Good value for money and I feel happy for my choice.
10.0The owner was nice enough to prepare two electric fans for us. It is very much appreciated, especially due to the extremely hot weather.

Great stay in Cardiff
10.0Exceptionally clean and modern apartment. Well located near Cardiff bay. Nice and safe in a gated community with free parking. Will be our go to apartment when staying in Cardiff.
We had a perfect overnight stay .We would definitely stay again and for longer when we are back in Cardiff .
10.0Clean - private - comfortable . Slept like a log in the very comfortable bed - lush pillows . Water pressure in the shower was fab . Everything we needed was provided. Walkable distance to the Castle to watch a gig Excellent communication and clear instructions on everything .
