9.0The breakfast was excellent - cooked well and more than enough. It was served sensitively, when I was ready to have each course.
− I didn’t like the fact that by booking through Bookings.com, I had to pay £20 extra than if I had gone direct. I could not have known that when I booked. I also do not like the fact that you have put only my Christian name in the preview - that’s very disrespectful to an older person - please put Mrs Calvocoressi instead.
