Modern, clean and comfortable apartment next to the beach
10.0The apartment was perfectly located, a few minutes from the beach and near all shops, restaurants and cafes, and very easy to find. Inside, the apartment was spotless, very comfortable and with full amenities. The hosts were amazing, communication was perfect and they were very kind, polite and helpful.

10.0The apartment was spotless, comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Its location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for better hosts. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They made us feel at home from the very first day. We especially appreciated their kindness on our last day, when they offered to keep our luggage until our evening train, allowing us to enjoy a few more hours in beautiful Loutraki. If it were possible, I would gladly give this place a rating higher than 10. It truly deserves it. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Loutraki!
Sehr gute Alternative zu den Hotels an der Promenade
10.0Die Lage war etwas zurückgesetzt in einem Wohngebiet von Loutraki aber trotzdem sehr nah zum Strand und zur Promenade mit seinen Restaurants. Die 2-Zimmer Wohnung wirkt frisch renoviert, modern und neu. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief sehr gut, auch jegliche weitere Kommunikation über Booking war sehr gut und zeitnah. An Küchenuntensilien war alles da. Pro Zimmer ein gut funktionierende Klimanlage. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten gibt es in den Straßen rund um das Appartement. Man muß nicht, wie bei den meisten Hotels in Loutraki, in die Innenstadt mit beschränkten Parkmöglichkeiten um das Gepäck auszuladen.
− Samstags abends kann man das Treiben an der Promenade trotz der rückwärtigen Lage doch mal leicht hören.
