− La propreté est à revoir : la salle de bain et toilettes n'avaient pas été nettoyés (traces d'urines sur l'abattant), les draps n'avaient pas été changés. Manque de proposition pour le petit déjeuner (trop basique), jus de fruit dégoûtant, pas de thé vert. Literie à remplacer.

10.0Location was good. Could walk to Basaac Street...tuk tuks everywhere so use Grab. Room was clean, and a good side, A/C worked well. Beds firm but not rock hard like some hotels we have stayed at! Nice pool. Good price. Food in restaurant was good. Staff were amazing, most likely all spelt incorrectly but I'll try...Hoy, Lee, Dara, Boral, Lapel, Pin were fantastic....we didn't learn the housekeepers names but as we were flat out remembering the ones if already mentioned but they were all fabulous...🙏
− World cup final was on at the "Score Sports Pub" next door so it was a loud night. Not the staff or accomodations fault but if there is a big event on, stay at the back of the hotel not the front.

− Well the property actually looks nothing like the photographs. It’s old dirty dusty it needs to be completely refurbished in the morning was not good The omelette was already made and they was cold. Basic coffee. If you want a different kind of coffee you have to pay for it. I’m sad to say I wouldn’t stay again.

6.0Buena ubicación y el proceso de check in rápido y sencillo. Nos hicieron un upgrade de la habitación. Desayuno básico.
− Es un edificio viejo que necesita muchas reformas y limpieza. Da sensación de estar todo muy sucio, ejemplo: había una cucaracha muerta llena de bichos al lado del ascensor cuando llegamos y seguía ahí cuando nos fuimos. Cama muy dura y sábanas y toallas con manchas. Polvo por la habitación.

8.0Sehr gutes Haus. Vor allem sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber, ebenso die Dusche. Etwas klein war das Zimmer, aber für kurze Aufenthalte mehr als groß genug. Das Frühstück war extrem gut. Es war alles vorhanden. Auch das Abendessen war sehr schmackhaft und reichlich. Ich würde es wieder wählen.
− Etwas kleines Zimmer. Sehr kleiner Balkon. Leider auch ohne Stühle oder Tisch.
