Misleading, poorly maintained, and not worth the money

− Our experience was extremely disappointing. The facilities looked great in the photos, but the actual condition was completely different. When we arrived, the swimming pool was only half full and was not even usable. Instead of enjoying our stay, we had to endure the sound of the pool being filled throughout almost our entire stay. Because of the low water pressure caused by this, the upstairs showers were practically unusable. To make matters worse, the shower in Room 4 was already broken. The property is poorly maintained and clearly not cared for. The pictures are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the place. We paid expecting a relaxing getaway, but our family left feeling that we wasted our money. What made the experience even worse was the lack of concern from the owner. Despite the poor condition of the facilities, our booking was still confirmed without informing us that the pool would not be available or that basic amenities were not functioning properly. It felt like the priority was collecting payment rather than ensuring guests received the quality they were promised. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The poor maintenance, misleading photos, and lack of transparency made this one of the worst stays we've experienced.

9.0The house is impressively clean and well kept. It is truly 5 to 10mins walk to the beach.
− It would be better if house rules are advertised appropriately such as the 5k security deposit fee. I understand from the house keeper that the pro forma and security fee is only offered for when pets are accomodated. The water activity advertised is from another operator and not part of the property amenity. The water experience was good but definitely a lot more room for improvement.
