− Advert for property is misleading, says house has private pool and bbq area which was one of our main reasons for booking this, only to find out that it was the RESORT that has a pool and bbq facilities. We never saw one staff member during our stay and dealings on phone were really difficult when things between Geogrpahe and Bookings.com had not been communicated to each other. Geographe asking me for payment but payment had been made months ago, Geogrpahe then told me it was my problem to contact bookings.com and sort it out leaving us in a panic so close to our trip. I would also suggest that property is checked for cleanliness between rentals as the beds were filthy underneath and dishes, pots and pans had been placed back in the cupboards still dirty and oily.
