3.0− We are not satisfied at all. It was not clearly indicated that the apartment is in the basement. The apartment was very dirty. The bed linen and covers were full of stains, as well as the mattress. The walls were stained, the bathroom dirty, the shelf next to the bed broken, and the shower cabin filthy. After the first night, rashes and itching appeared on our arms. A very dirty apartment—shameful.

− Αρχικά δύο μέρες ήμουν χωρίς ζεστό νερό Η τηλεόραση δεν έπαιζε όλα τα κανάλια ήρθανε να μου το φτιάξουν αλλά δεν φτιάχτηκε ποτέ το χειρότερο από όλα ήταν Οι κατσαρίδες στον διάδρομο και μέσα στο δωμάτιο και έβρισκα και ψαλίδες, τις οποίες δεν τις μάζευαν από τον διάδρομο 3 μέρες το πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή είναι αρκετά δύσκολο

10.0Furniture and style of the apartment. Close to the city center. Terrace was so nice... did not feel like bein in a basement. Super market/grocery store around the corner.
− It was not clear that it is a semi-basement apartment. However, the apartment was so nice that it did not matter. There was some smell from the drain pipes.
