The location was great

− The ac would not get the place under 89 degrees the ac was only blowing out of one room instead of going an buying a window unit or two or having a contractor come out like they said they would even when I told them I have a brother who's hvac certified. they bought 2 fans that did nothing but blow the hot air around. There was trash and clothing left by the cleaners. It was so unbearable I had to get another hotel for our last night so my mom could get some sleep. When I brought this to their attention that they didn't do these things they offered a partial refund which i thought might total one of the 3 nights we booked was only 80$ the coast of the booking was 730 dollars an the extra hotel another 130 for the night. Other than being in a lovely part of port royal this place was awful. Last but not least one of the 2 showers would only give scorching hot water or ice cold no where in between if you're looking for a place in Beaufort stay some where else

It honestly was very cute and comfortable

− The 3 of us had to share the back bedroom because the other two bedrooms were so hot even with the AC on we couldn't sleep in them. One of the bathrooms was not cleaned at all. There was hair and soap stuck to the floor the shower and the mat in the shower was black with mildew. and the 2 sinks had toothpaste stuck to them. The mirror in the bathroom had toothpaste spots on it where someone had spit in the sink and it over sprayed on the mirror. The bathroom floor was not swept or mopped. The kitchen floor were also not swept or mopped. The couches and chairs and pillows were stained. And you could tell the rugs in the other bathroom had never been washed. There were also clumps of hair found on the floor in the hallway. And the toilet in one of the bathroom had not been cleaned. The owner said she would refund me $50. Which honestly is ridiculous. But she was very nice. Still haven't seen it yet. For $588 it should have been spotless

super convenient, close to the base and stores. The home was the perfect size for my family, just wish the beds were a bit more comfortable for sleeping.

Picked up a marine from boot camp and this place is 7 minutes from Parris Island. Place was clean and tidy. Car port blew over from strong winds and owners came right away to fix. Would stay again!
