10.0It was in the centre of Newcastle and in walking distance to shops, trains and places to eat. It was very comfortable and quiet.
− There were a lot of stairs to get your luggage up and down but as it was a Loft apartment this is to be expected.

7.0The property was nice and cheap and was in a good location
− Gaining access to the property was a challenge through the predestination gate. There is also a lot of stairs outside and inside the property. The property wasn’t very clean, there was chewing gum and scuffs all on the wall, it also had a smell of weed and sewage at some points throughout the property. The bathroom was okay but there were other peoples lost property in the cupboard containing old/used clothes including underwear. Definitely needs a refurb and new furniture.

10.0Although we spent little time at the property, the time we did spend there was absolutely fantastic compared to other locations we visited on our tour. We were very comfortable and the deposit was returned promptly. Highly recommend!
