al met al een drama. Je vakantie wordt door dit soort personen verpest.
1.0Eigenlijk niets. Heeft veel onderhoud nodig.
− 1 van de managers was erg onvriendelijk. Er zou een slaapplek voor onze chauffeur worden geregeld. Echter hij moest op de grond slapen. Voor de 2e nacht zou een betere slaapplek worden geregeld. Echter hetzelfde geval maar nu met een dekentje erbij. Heb ze erop aangesproken maar manager bleef maar discussiëren. In de ochtend hadden wij ontbijt besteld om 8:00. Het zou 10-15 minuten duren. Deze kwam maar niet. Meerdere keren maar ze toegelopen om te vragen. Uiteindelijk hebben we geen ontbijt gehad omdat we weg moesten. Ook uitchecken was een drama. Pas om 9:15 uitgecheckt zonder ontbijt waarvoor we wel betaald hebben. Ook moest er contant worden afgerekend terwijl er was aangegeven dat we met betaalkaart konden afrekenen. Al met al drama. Niet geschikt voor internationale gasten. Zou mij niet verbazen dat de goede reviews nep zijn!

− Poor quality service. No facilities and cleaniless was very poor. Lot of bugs in the room, towels & curtains were dirty. Bathroom was very small and not designed well.
