8.0El espacio es muy agradable y su ubicación en el centro es muy buena. La terraza aunque no tiene vista es agradable tener ese espacio.
− La regadera no tiene barrera y se sale el agua a la habitación, es muy incomodo tener que limpiar el agua cada vez que te bañas. Le hace falta tener algún edredón a la mano pues solo están las sábanas.

1.0Place is hard to find. Hidden in a side entry.
− Some customers/tourists broke into my apartment at 2:40 am, stating that they received the door code from the owner, and had a reservation for the night. Total shock of my life staying here someone breaking in in the middle of the night! The place stinks like cigarettes, I informed the owner on my arrival, he said they had cleaned the room 2 days ago and it was not stinking then.

Excelente alojamiento céntrico en Mataró
9.0Excelente ubicación, quizá no céntrica pero cerca de un montón de comercios, restaurantes, Zonas de ocio, lugares turísticos y sobretodo la playa. A pesar de estar en una plaza donde hay bares el aislamiento acústico es excelente. Ni nos enteramos
− -Imposibilidad de aparcar cerca del lugar -Todavía no me han devuelto los 50€ que me pidieron de depósito y de lo que no había nada anunciado en la web -Lo estrecho de las escaleras para subir.

Locație bună oraș frumos mi-a plăcut
7.0− Aparatul de aer condiționat nu răcea suficient. Era o problema cu mirosul de la canalizare pe holul de legătură dintre bucătărie și cameră. Pe canapeaua din bucătărie nu se poate dormi fiind foarte cald și incomodă. Lipsa geamurilor cel puțin în acest apartament,celelalte sunt cu geamuri.
