The location was good, but we had no blankets until late and had very poor communication.
2.0The location
− We didn’t get any blankets until 9:30 at night. We wanted to go to bed, but had to wait for the blankets. There was no coffee-just hot chocolate for the keurig.
Did not meet my expectations.
5.0Location was close to my favorite dock. I had a quiet room.
− My room was not ready when I arrived, even though I received email saying my room was ready. I waited for an hour, being told three times my room would be ready in 20 minutes. Wifi was off all day once. Lights in my rooms were off - had to call maintenance.
Great value in a great location...
9.0The check in is completely automated. At check in time, you get a text with a room number and door code with no need to go to the office or even talk to a person. The building is completely remodeled with high quality and modern appointments and decorations. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The bed was great and comfortable. The hotel is located within walking distance of everything in the local vicinity and an excellent value.

9.0Fantastic location for staying in Westport. The room was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve been in. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Great A/C and heating.
− Parking can be confusing, but it’s doable. Our room was not ready at the 4PM check in time, but off site staff was apologetic. There is a low sound barrier. You can hear noise from both indoors and outdoors.
